How do I book a regular appointment?

The most efficient way to book is through our online enquiry form. Please provide detailed information about your requirements, including any relevant photos if possible. We aim to respond within 6-12 business hours to arrange a convenient appointment.

For simpler issues, we might be able to provide guidance over the phone or via WhatsApp to save you time and money.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes, we provide comprehensive boiler maintenance plans tailored to both domestic and commercial properties. Our plans include annual servicing, priority response for breakdowns, and discounted repair rates. Each plan is customised to your specific heating system and usage requirements.

What are your standard call-out charges?

For standard appointments, our call-out charge is £90. Emergency call-outs are £150. Both charges are deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with the work. There's no call-out charge for providing quotations on new installations or for pre-arranged maintenance work. All prices include VAT.

How do you structure your quotes?

We believe in complete transparency. Each quote itemises parts and labour costs separately. When there might be uncertainties - for instance, if we need to investigate behind walls - we'll include provisional sums with detailed explanations. We'll always discuss any additional costs before proceeding with work.

What are your payment terms?

As a small, independent company, we require payment for parts upfront before ordering. The final balance, including labour costs, is due immediately upon job completion. We accept bank transfers (we'll verify receipt via our banking app) or payment by debit card. We don't offer credit terms, as we don't maintain an accounts department.

Do you offer any guarantees?

All our work comes with comprehensive warranties. For boiler installations, you'll receive the manufacturer's warranty plus our workmanship guarantee. Gas work is certified and registered with Gas Safe. We maintain detailed records of all installations and repairs, ensuring continuity of service.
